Live Event Health and Safety Policies

Vaccines
The College recommends audience members be fully vaccinated and has implemented COVID-19 vaccine requirements for faculty and staff and students.
Masks
All audience members and staff are encouraged to wear appropriate masks.
Stay Home if Experiencing Symptoms
Audience members experiencing COVID-19-like symptoms, regardless of vaccination status, must refrain from attending events.
Accessibility
To request socially distant seating or any other accommodation for health reasons, please contact the Arts at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï at reservations@brynmawr.edu as early as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests.
Voluntary Risk
Arts at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï events will bring together people from multiple households. The risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or large gathering. If you are especially vulnerable, please take this into consideration when deciding whether to attend. By attending events at Arts at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
These policies were developed in consultation with members of the ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï COVID-19 Operations Planning Group. The College will continue its commitment to the health and safety of the community. Arts at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï policies and practices may change in response to guidance from the College, so please check back regularly for the most up-to-date information.
