Conferences and Events

The Conferences and Events Office at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï is dedicated to working with our faculty, staff, students and external organizations planning and executing events on the campus.

Event assistance can include space reservation, space consultation, catering information and audio/visual/multimedia information.

During the academic year, our office is responsible for Family Weekend in the fall semester and Commencement in May. Additionally, we reserve space on campus for student groups, faculty, staff and external organizations. We also manage reservations for the student kitchen at Cambrian Row.

During the summer months, our office is a one-stop shop for conference programs utilizing our campus spaces. We provide a full range of logistical support services to simplify the planning process of our clients.
