Change of Registration

Occasionally situations arise that might require a student to add or drop a class after the end of Registration at the start of the semester.  

To request permission to add or drop a class after the deadline, including second quarter courses, complete the form at the link below. The submission will be sent to your Dean for review and you will be notified of the status of your request.

 

Add/Drop form is for changes through the third week of classes.

 

Withdraw form to be used for all changes weeks four through nine.

  

Note: These forms should only be used after you can no longer make changes in BiONiC. Submissions received during registration will not be approved and you will need to complete the change in BiONiC.
