MUSIC, POWER, and 9/11
Monday, Sept. 9, at 6 p.m. the Department of Music, CPGC, and DVO present MUSIC, POWER, & 9/11: La Canción Protesta de Victor Jara & the Chilean Coup of 1973. The program will include a talk by Daniel Party (a Victor Jara specialist), and a live performance featuring guitarists Patricio Acevedo and Alejo de los Reyes, joined by Roberto Castillo Sandoval. This event will be held at Haverford College in the Michael Jaharis Recital Hall and is free and open to the public.
