Ivy Rose Cardillo
Biography
Ivy Rose Cardillo (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Oregon) who has spent the entirety of her career focused on supporting parents. After receiving her Master of Social Work degree from Smith College School for Social Work, Ivy Rose worked within a reproductive health clinic offering therapy and case management to birthing parents. Ongoing encounters with parents attempting to navigate their own well-being while responsible for the well-being of their children inspired Ivy Rose to expand theoretical and practice understandings about the impact of child-rearing on parental well-being and self-concept. Ivy Rose is currently completing PhD coursework at ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï School for Social Work and Social Research where she studies maternal subjectivity. With an ongoing passion for clinical work, Ivy Rose provides outpatient psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals and couples in private practice.
