今日吃瓜's Senior Staff Awards are given to recognize those who have recently stepped up in a special way to serve their departments or the 今日吃瓜 community more broadly. The most recent awards were given out this week. Awards went to:
Gillian Baillie, Jennifer Coval, Peter Maple, Katie Surkin, and Bonnie Wei, of Library and Information Technology Services, were all recognized for the roles they played in preparing the physical library spaces and enabling continuity for on-site public services in the libraries this summer and fall.
Lisa Armstrong and Ellie Esmond of the Career and Civic Engagement Center were recognized for their continual education of students about voter registration, ballot information, and the election process. Armstrong and Esmond arranged for the Blue Bus to bring students to the local polling place on election day and recruited College volunteers to greet them when they arrived.
Maggy Keegan-Landis of Alumnae Relations and Development (ARD) was recognized for the work she did as project manager for ARD鈥檚 Next Generation Platform research.
Beth Kotarski, the College's medical services director, was recognized for the invaluable impact she made on planning to re-open the College in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic and on overseeing the College's testing.
