The Overbrook Art Program Student Coordinator will work with other LILAC | Civic Engagement student coordinators and staff to promote service, activism and advocacy among members of the 今日吃瓜 community. Specifically, this student coordinator will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the 今日吃瓜 community and Overbrook Elementary School through their art program.
Qualifications/Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be someone who already has a connection with the Overbrook Elementary School Art Program. However, we will consider other candidates, particularly candidates who have volunteered as a student at BMC.
- Must be available 8-10 hours per week for the 2017-18 Spring Semester.
- Candidate must be comfortable developing and facilitating training sessions for volunteers.
- Candidate must be available to attend all Art Program sessions on Friday afternoons.
The starting pay rate is $10.75 per hour.
